This is a condition monitoring system that allows you to monitor the state of the reduction gear through an easy-to-understand dashboard screen. Measurement data is transmitted via mobile networks, eliminating the need for complicated network wiring. We analyze cloud data and submit reports. 【Features】 (1) Early abnormality detection By monitoring the trend of vibration values at characteristic frequencies through frequency analysis, we can detect abnormalities before failures progress. (2) Bulk monitoring of multiple units Up to 100 wireless sensors can be connected to a single gateway. (3) Wireless connection & battery operation - No sensor wiring is required, making it suitable for diagnostics in hard-to-access locations. - The communication distance is approximately 10m-30m by default (depending on the surrounding environment). - If the distance to the parent unit is far, the sensors can relay communication to extend the reach. - Standard sensor battery life of 4 years (depends on sensor configuration and measurement interval).
